  Ok got the refirme package for $750 sounds like a good deal until you wait till it all ends and there are no results what so ever. And i've been to other laser treatment centers and they said you can come in every 2 weeks these people tell you to come in every 4 weeks so you don't see results as soon so you can buy more of their services. People there don't even pick up the phone ever, and the clinic manager hides in the back and has her little assistants take her messages. Ridiculous. Took me like 6 months to get a credit to get 3 complimentary sessions and it provided a slightly better results, still not worth $750 plus an additional $750 (if I HAD to pay for the 3 extra sessions which thankfully i didn't). When i came back to get my complimentary sessions they were like 15 minutes shorter than when i came in for my sessions months before (that i actually paid for). Not even worth the 1/2 hour drive in. If you're even a minute late they will shave off 20 minutes of your treatment. The last time i came in for my last complementary session (thank goodness it was the last one) it was literally 10 minutes. The lady who worked on me spent like 10 minutes applying globs of 'protective' gel and then left the room for five minutes probably to tell manager i was complaining of all the gel she was putting on me for no reason. The other girl from the previous times i was there didn't apply gel every 4 seconds. Then she said "done" and i left dissatisfied, i walked out of there said out loud to the girl at the front "She only worked on me for 10 minutes" and then she responded with an attitude "Actually you were here for 20 minutes"...WOW.
  don't waste your money, the deals are actually not good deals considering you get nothing out of it.
  go somewhere else, where there is an on-site physician (with md's) not bimbos who spent 5 months in 'laser' school

  by the way everytime i am there nobody else is there. they get mad when you are late but it's not like anyone else is there anyway. and they aren't very discreet either, they'll yell out what you are getting, not that i care but still someone else might.
  wow this is the only review i have ever written and will probably be the longest but it was worth it if i can prevent this place from having another customer.
  I would tell corporate about this but nothing would be done seeing that they already gave me a credit (after 6 months of finishing my first refirme package), and i wouldn't want to go back there because they would hate me and give me more attitude.
  The only reason the under the chin area looks improved is because i had thermage done at laser plus in between (which apparently is ok to do with refirme)
