  One star for his staff. Not for him.
  I made an appt to coincide with my lunch time because of severe stomach pain. I went there and was told there was no appt in my name and the doctor was at the hospital anyway. No one asked if I wanted to see another doctor or offered any help to my painful condition. As I was leaving the receptionist called me back to tell me there was an unpaid bill and put me on phone with blue cross. I was told they had denied my payment and would need to update my home address to remedy this. I moved four years ago and told my employer and was not told to contact anyone else directly. Blue cross would make no changes and demanded to speak directly with my employer only.
  
  No one has contacted me from Pottacks office since. I guess I expect doctors to care.
